Fire place wasn't working for us and the heater was so loud we had to turn it off. Would have been nice to be able to use the fireplace. Told in the morning that the fireplaces were tricky. Would have been nice if there was a note to say to call front desk if it would not work for us. You could not hear the tv with the heat system on.

But as soon as you walked in and turned lights on, you could see water rings on nightstand and there were actual chunks on the floor between the beds, like wood.
