8.8/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
Pros: Rooms are clean and warm. Nice hot water with good pressure. Great gym included. Filtered water available on every floor. Would stay again.
Cons: Noisy guests can be heard in the hall and adjacent rooms. Shower curtain needs changing. Not big things.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
Really lovely family stay , room was spacious and clean and food in the hotel was really good. The staff were exceptional, constantly checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Only suggestion is for the pool.. the changing rooms have lockers that you cannot lock (you can leave valuables at check in desk) no shampoo/body wash in the showers and no plastic bags for wet swimwear.. all items we wouldn’t normally think of going away for 1 night but would make easier if provided
