The living room has 2 two seater couches with an electric fire and a large screen smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and an air fryer and a breakfast bar to seat 2 people. The kitchen leads into the conservatory which has a dining table to seat 6 overlooking the beautiful views of the Twelve Pins.

Check-out time is strictly 10am on day of departure.

Notice: A recent test on the water supply at the Lettershask development has shown exceeding limits for Iron and Manganese making the water not suitable for drinking (even if boiled). Efforts are currently being looked into to overcome the situation however until such time as a solution has been reached advise is not to drink the water.
