🤠Enjoy a stylish, comfortable experience at this centrally-located travelers suite. 15 minutes to Saratoga Race Course!  
Everything you’ll need for the night or a few days, even a week!  
  
☕️ Coffee?! We have a pour over, a French press AND a Kuerig!!  
  
🚨 MUST BRING YOUR OWN QUEEN SET OF SHEETS, towels and pillowcases. You’ll arrive to comforters & pillows; the pillows and mattress all have quality covers for you health and peace of mind.  
The space

\*Bring your own sheets & towels 🛌  
(WE SUPPLY COMFORTERS & PILLOWS ONLY)  
  
🚨 You must:  
\*Clean fully after your stay  
(….it’s like staying at a friends home when they aren’t there 😊)  
  
No washing machine on site.  
Family and 2 hypoallergenic (small dogs,) lives on 2nd floor.  
  
You’ll love this super eclectic “travelers studio.” 🕺  
There is 1 large room with a partial wall separating the bedroom from the living area. 🎳 The countertops are made out of old bowling lanes! You’ll find lockers from my old high school, antique decor, plus a mash of eclectic tchotchke and useful things to cook with.  
  
You will certainly enjoy yourself, everyone does!  
Other things to note  
🚨You must:  
Bring your own QUEEN-SIZED sheets and your own towels!  
The unit is cleaned by guests. We deep clean once a month or when a tenant pays the cleaning fee.  
  
Cleaning Fee: Yes! You can pay us to clean before your arrival or after you depart, if you make prior arrangements. $60 fee.

#### Cool Space in a Great Location

This is a perfect rental for a couple on a getaway- the bed was comfortable, the two room space was well appointed and cozy and unique, and the location was close to lots of hiking, biking and to downtown Saratoga Springs. The check-in process was very easy and the property owner communication prompt and thorough. Thank you for having such a cool spot to stay t that offers reasonable pricing!

#### Short and quick

It is very basic accommodations but met our needs for someplace to sleep and shower. Comfortable for two, crowded at four. Road noise that didn't bother me but might bother some. Entrance sneaks up on you so finding it in the dark for the first night was troublesome. Stay away from the McDonald's in town. They could care less about their customers. Rude and my food was old, cold, and incorrect.
