"I had booked a non smoking room, and we got a room that smelled so much of cigarettes. It was very suffocating. The whole of the hotel could do with a nice perfume or something about the overall fragrance. It really smelled bad everywhere "
"THis is a new addition to Leela Hotels and it lives upto the expectation, i would not call it a palace but it matches the exceptional standard of Leela. Food options in buffet were very limited but overall the room and hotel was exceptional"

Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed.
