The property was well kept and the folks managing it seemed very nice. We had to change rooms after the first night due to a mix up with Expedia, which was only a slight aggravation. The condo was nice sized and very clean and my kids really liked it. The beds were comfy and my son enjoyed sleeping on the Murphy bed. They have nice pools and tennis / pickle ball courts and put put as well as a nice laundry facility. Overall our room was pleasant close to everything. The beach is only 2 blocks, but during the time we were there it was not really safe to walk it with children due to the heavy traffic. But there are plenty of access points with public parking areas, so we drove to the beach to be safe. Overall we enjoyed the Sea Scape and would stay again given the opportunity.

I was disappointed with a few aspects of my recent stay. At check-in, the female receptionist came across as rude and condescending, which made the arrival experience less welcoming than expected. The cleanliness of the room was below standard. The bed lining did not appear fresh, and I had concerns about whether unused towels and face cloths are routinely changed between guests. I hope management will address these issues, as the property has potential with some improvements in service and hygiene standards.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The views, the balconies, the town are all just amazing. It was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed and the rooms are spacious and lovely.
