Accommodation arranged as follows: - Kitchen open to the living room / living room - A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed - Two bedrooms each with two 90 x 190 beds - A spacious bathroom with WC. Exteriors: Terrace and enclosed garden with table and garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue Closed shelter for storage of equipment, bicycles, etc. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer (adjoining the house) Parking for several vehicles inside the property with gate. Wifi currently being installed (expectation of fiber deployment by June 21). In a peaceful hamlet, come and discover this comfortable vacation rental, far from the hustle and bustle of the coast. You will be enchanted by its spacious garden where you can recharge your batteries in the sun on the terrace or in the shade of the trees, as you wish. Recently renovated, this cottage benefits from well-organized spaces to enjoy a sober and bright atmosphere. On one level and fitted out with wide doors and corridors, it offers accessibility to people with reduced mobility. A green town, Nivillac is an ideal starting point for exploring all the treasures of southern Brittany: Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, the beaches of Damgan, Billiers and Pénestin. Just 7 km away, you can stroll through the streets of La Roche Bernard, a Small Town of Character renowned for its monuments and its artisans. The Vilaine also marks the territory and offers astonishing landscapes all along its banks, to be discovered on foot, by bike or by boat. Completely renovated single storey house, in the peace and quiet of the countryside!
