Spacious for everyone. We do an annual family trip every winter and brought the ATV and snowmobile out. Very Pleased we were able to use the garage so we didn’t have to leave them outside. The home was cozy, beds were a little too stiff but slept fine, area was quiet and lots of parking space was available. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, cups, plates and seasonings. We have stayed at several places around the lake the last 40 plus years and this was a beautiful family home to stay in. We had plenty of room for everyone to be together or spend some time alone if they wished. Causeway on Gull is close to everything you would need. There are grocery stores close to the rental in both Brainerd and Nisswa. John was always quick at returning our calls and answering any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking or grilling at home but there are so many places to eat around the lake that you need to do that too!The big downfall we had was not being on the lake. We did know this ahead of time so being able to rent a golf cart came in handy to get all our belongings to and from the boat. The boat slips we had were together and even without a lift - you are in the channel and protected from the weather.Being lake people, we didn't use either of the pools much at all but we did check them out and they are very nice. The older kids loved the tennis courts that were just down the hill. We didn't have any problems with the wi-fi and we had 12 people scrolling nightly! There is a pretty bad leak from the toilet in the kitchen bathroom.
