Easy and fast check-in, cordial welcome and a shot of rakija, nice and helpful staff. The local area is a little run down but Good Night is clean and modern with a small cafe serving the dual function of a Reception Area. The room was more than adequate for the price and was relatively quiet given the location on a main road. After a couple of days and some " knowledge " of the short cuts we realised that this small hotel was very conveniently located to the fortress and the main shopping precinct. Staff were friendly , helpful and accommodating. They graciously stored our bags for a late afternoon departure from the bus station . The only slight downsides were the small shower enclosure and a non functioning hairdryer but overall this was very good value for all that was offered. Suffice to say that if we visited Nis again we would definitely be using " Good Night " again. If you're staying on a Saturday morning visit the thriving market on the way to the Fortress. It’s only a short walk from the bus station.
