Bed is too soft and bouncy, although not uncomfortable, I guess this is pure personal preference. Breakfast was extremely mediocre, not up to Westin standard. Located in very close to many attractive sites. We can enjoy river-side walking with great feast of lights and comfortable breezing. Appreciating for the service of wine for celebration. The ratio who can speak, understand English is not relatively high among international hotels with over 4.5 stars in China. They seemed only applicable to elementary English in almost categories. Not easy to communicate with correctly. We could not recognize who was, were the concierges. Seemed information, own services had not been shared with among staffs. Swimming pool and its related facilities are good for women, but not for men. (cold jacuzzi bath, etc.) There were a few cheerful, warm hearted staffs, but almost seemed dull, not positive in services, hospitalities.
