Very clean and comfortable room, with a very spacious bathroom and super comfy bed. Check-in service was good, but when I went to check out early in the AM, the receptionist was curled up dozing in her chair! A bit unprofessional. Although it looked good but upon staying, the details show that this place is poorly managed and definitely not worth the price you pay. For example, my room only had half the windows and half of the room facing the river view was actually concrete. Secondly the king sized bed wasn’t a true king sized. It was two twin pushed together and as a result there was a slight dip in the middle. The elevator doors had greasy hand marks all over. And the restaurant served burnt nan. When asked, the waitress admitted the oven was too hot but didn’t rectify the situation.
