Service staff were very good and spoke good English. I had a room with a sea view which was spectacular. Coffee pod machine and plenty of bottled water. Bathroom was very nice with good quality fittings all round. The only negative was that the air conditioning never really got cold enough for my taste and the overall temperature of the hotel was high and combined with the humidity was a little uncomfortable. When we checked in the room, there was a towel on the sofa and an empty water bottle hidden behind the curtain. No shops nearby and very difficult to ask taxi to pick up. Absolutely did not fulfill the expectation of a Hilton brand.
