Hotel is showing age. Example is pillows in room are very flat and uncomfortable. Updates on small things would make stay better. ##### lee ### 4/10 Poor #### Richard 24 Apr 2017 Disliked: Property conditions & facilities #### Hotels are hard to find in CiXi City I have stayed at Hangzhou Bay Hotel several times over the years but not for some time. The condition of the hotel was OK but well behind other newer 5 star hotels in other cities. Unfortunately I have been unable to find a great hotel alternative in CiXi City so went back here. Unfortunately there was very little English spoken and the restaurant menu was also Chinese without English. Made for an interesting meal which incidentally was quite OK. Otherwise I would say the hotel was a little tired.
