And the 4 bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of closet space, if very sparsely furnished. Fiona was very responsive and communicative. Our family was in California for a wedding, and we made the wedding cake here. For that purpose, the house was adequate, and the cake was a success. I especially appreciated the large refrigerator. However, there is not a lot of seating for a family to gather, especially on the back deck. And the master bathroom is very very small, and awkward to use for large, tall, or people with difficulty maneuvering tight spaces. "
