(562 reviews) The outside rooms facing the parking lot seemed a bit sketchy and unsafe especially on the first floor. We moved to a courtyard room which was much better. The hotel could use some updating but the staff were awesome. Nice restaurant and bar recently opened in the hotel which were both acceptable. (1,003 reviews) Beds were comfortable, but the Hotel kind of smelled like wet dog and was dirty. Carpets needed vacuuming, everywhere, and same w floors. Pool and Hot tub weren’t bad, they just need more maintenance and general cleaning. We were there for the Super Bowl, so rates were pretty expensive, to be expected. Not the worst hotel, but definitely not a 3-4 star experience.
