It is an older building so the layout is very interesting with lots of stairs to various different levels. It is not tall so never to many stairs to your room. Union street is only a block away and it has everything you want on it.

Pros - Room was specious and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Had all the things we needed. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking slots. Cons- Air conditioning not working but given the weather in Scotland, it was not a big problem. Bathroom smelled cigarette. Hotel name had not been changed.

"Really impressed with this hotel. Very quiet room with a comfy king size bed. The windows open (not the case in many hotels) on to a garden area at the back. Free parking for residents with a bus stop 2 mins walk away. Quick & easy to get into Aberdeen. Lovely breakfast. Very happy!"
