Very ruined-down hotel. Broken lift (looks like for very long time). Dirty carpets, walls, curtains and everything else. Clean bedding and towels though. Just barely warm water in a shower. Convinient location in centre and close to train station.

Some areas very dirty .Manager wouldn’t keep bar open for residents after wedding . Breakfast plates/ glasses were dirty not one but a few breakfast was good after we got clean plates . Very short of staff staff having to run from one place to another as nobody else to cover.

I was disgusted by there not being a TOILET BRUSH! I asked at the desk and was told company policy
I've never heard anything so crazy, and have never knowingly stayed in a hotel without one before. It is DISGUSTING. Surely you don't expect travellers to supply their own? The most basic piece of hospitality equipment. I felt degraded.

This hotel was in a perfect spot near the airport they even have a covered walk way that takes you directly to the hotel. I mostly used the bus to in to city center such as Union square via international avenue which is just a 6 min walk from hotel. The entire hotel staff was lovely especially Alex who worked at night and helped me when I had a slight problem during my stay. Loved the restaurant as well. I would gladly stay here again.
