"Great location in Amsterdam. The host was an excellent communicator, was very welcoming and gave us lots of helpful travel advice for Amsterdam. There are steep stairs, but that is only a problem if you have mobility issues or large luggage. We would definitely stay there again."

"Ruby Emma Hotel & Bar is a highly intentional, tech forward stay where everything is designed for ease and comfort. Self check in is seamless and the in room tablet controls lights, temperature, and blackout shades.
Rooms are compact but smartly designed with a dual use sink, separate toilet and shower, automatic lighting, a great vanity mirror, leather bench, magnetic side tables, a large safe, and two Marshall speakers.
The downstairs bar has great vibes, excellent coffee, and solid food, with a higher end restaurant on the top floor. Elevator logistics reduce wait times, and there are workspaces on upper floors.
Directly across from the metro, the location is perfect.
What stood out most was the staff, genuinely friendly and engaging. One of our best stays ever. 🤗"
"The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and restaurant were clean. The rooms however were not that clean. The floors did not appear to be cleaned before we stayed there."
"Room was clean and simple. Not very big but space for two singles and a small bathroom with a shower. Recommend including breakfast. Large buffet plus menu items. Great service."
"Room Mate Aitana excellent quality hotel. Plenty of variety at breakfast, constantly refilling.
Rooms were clean and spacious.
Location perfect for exploring Amsterdam and 15 minute walk from Centraal Station, Metro and Tram"
"The room was very quiet, sound proofing was awesome. Opening window for fresh air was great. Absolutely no trace of smoke smell, as smoking floor is first floor only. Bathroom was great, bed super comfortable.
Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Free shuttle bus easy to use.
Can be very busy as it’s a massive hotel!
Staff super friendly and helpful."
