    Mansion of the XVI. Century (1552/1560/1593). Since at least 100 years of family ownership. In the picturesque wine-growing village Niedermorschwihr step on the Alsace Wine Route to Colmar. The apartment is newly renovated in the old style.

Altes Winzerhaus mit viel Charme

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Elsass und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet reichlich Platz und eine gute Ausstattung. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es ist natürlich ein altes Fachwerkhaus, dafür aber mit viel Charme und einem modernen Bad. Überdachter Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Den Garten kann man auch mitnutzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour effectué entre amis avec 3 enfants. Logement très agréable, avec le charme de l'ancien. Tres joli village. Très bien placé pour se rendre aux marchés de Noël. Excellente boulangerie pâtisserie à 100m. Très bon séjour entre amis tout le monde était ravis !

Familienurlaub im Winzerhaus

Ein wunderbares Haus, viel Platz und ein schöner Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Bei allen Problemen haben uns die Nachbarn sehr nett weitergeholfen. Der Ort ist toll, wir konnten sehr gut einkaufen und essengehen, in der Nähe gibt es mehr zu erleben, als wir in 2 Wochen geschafft haben.

Très beau séjour. Tout y est fonctionnel et arrangé avec goût. Les promenades quotidiennes dans les vignes en cette saison sont splendides (penser à se munir d'une carte car les indications du club vosgien sont parfois manquantes).

Am Rand der Vogesen war´s schön gewesen

sehr viel Athmosphäre, wunderbarer historischer Bestand, viele liebevolle Details. Nichts für Leute, die auf durchgestyltes Ambiente wert legen. Aber für alle, die gemütlich und mit viel Platz Urlaub machen wollen. Highlight für die Musizierenden war natürlich das 100 Jahre alte Harmonium, das viel genutzt wurde.

séjour pas très accueillant.

Bonjour gite manquant de propreté nous avons du nettoyer tous se que l' on prenions, toile d’araignée, poussière et autre sous les lits . Baignoire glissante, robinet bouillant risque de ce brûler. Arrivé dans le gite très autoritaire ( n'oublier pas vos chaussons). Voisin agressif ( une chienne fais pipi assis et le sharpei en dehors de son lieu de vie).

Historisches Winzerhaus in idealer Lage

Wir haben uns mit unseren beiden Kindern und Hund dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Unternehmungen und Ausflüge in den Elsass und die Vogesen. Im Ort ist ein Bäcker (weltbekannte Marmeladen!) , der auch das nötigste hat. Ansonsten sind Supermärkte auch schnell zu erreichen. In Colmar ist man in 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung liegt komplett in der ersten Etage (mit eigenem Eingang) eines alten Winzerhauses. Viel Historisches ist erhalten geblieben, das Bad aber schick und modern renoviert. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig, es fehlte uns nichts. Highlight ist sicher das Klavier und das Harmonium, welche gern benutzt wurden. Der Vermieter, als auch die verwaltenden Nachbarn sind sehr nett und bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen sofort zur Stelle und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem ist diese Wohnung perfekt von dort den Elsass zu erkunden, andererseits geht es auch direkt hinter dem Garten in die schönen Weinberge. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Gite conforme à la description et aux photos, "dans son jus" mais confortable et bien équipé, très spacieux, dans une belle maison ancienne, avec cour et jardin. Des locataires à l'étage, mais sympas et très discrets. Niedermorschwihr est un village magnifique, à 2 pas de Colmar, et sur la route des vins, au pieds du Sommerberg (très sympathique dégustation au domaine de l'Oriel dans le village). Avec un terrain de sport très appréciable pour les ados ! Merci à Dominique pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, merci à Eric pour sa gentillesse et pour avoir fait accorder le piano ! Ici tout se passe dans la confiance mutuelle, ce qui est inhabituel et très agréable. Nous recommandons ce gîte dont le rapport qualité prix est remarquable.

Einzigartig!

Wohnen wie im Museum, aber mit allem nötigen Komfort. Sehr liebevoll restauriert ohne den altmodischen Charme zu verlieren. Viel Platz auch für eine größere Familie. Lage am Ortsrand sehr ruhig mit großem Innenhof und gemütlichem Garten. Der Knüller für unseren Jüngsten: das Harmonium, auf dem man sogar spielen durfte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können das Maison Scherb uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Familie Kuntzmann, dass wir dort unseren Urlaub verbringen durften! Wir vermissen jetzt schon die knarrenden Dielen und die wunderschönen Fresken im Wohnzimmer...

Séjour mémorable

Quel beau séjour dans un milieu enchanteur avec un accueil exceptionnel. Belle maison dont les rénovations démontrent un soucis d'authenticité située dans un petit village fleuri départ de quelques sentiers de marche, en fête la nuit du 13 juillet, et située près des nombreuses attractions d'Alsace.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser gut ausgestatteten Gîte verbracht. Das Anwesen strahlt Wärme aus und vermittelt einen charmanten alten Charakter. Die Räume sind großzügig gestaltet und die Matratzen sehr konfortabel. Fußläufig sind wundervolle Aussichtsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen.

Je ne peux que recommander cette maison charmante dans une région aimable. Nous y étions pendant les vendages et avons eu un temps splendide. Merci, M. Eric, de nous avoir confié votre trésor d'autan avec tout le confort moderne qu'il faut. C'était un bon sentiment d'y habiter. Merci aussi que vous avez accepté notre grand chien. Et surtout un grand merci à Mme Dominque qui a préparé le logement et qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Sa confiture est parfaite! Ein Haus mit einem tollen Charme und allen Möglichkeiten, es sich gemütlich zu machen , um die Region und die Köstlichkeiten zu genießen. Encore une fois un tour à travers l'Alsace- encore une fois dans la Maison Scherb. C'est promis!
