"We absolutely loved our stay at Tim’s beautiful beach house. The location couldn’t have been better — very quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need — from beach chairs and towels to a fully equipped kitchen and great Wi-Fi. The layout worked perfectly for our family, with bright, airy rooms and plenty of space to relax. The pool and hot tub were amazing, we had a blast playing with the lights.Tim was very responsive and easy to get hold of. We will definitely come back!"

"Property was clean and had all the amenities needed. The yard is large and fenced in. It’s located near several restaurants and the beach. There is a tenant that lives in the basement part of the house. We never met them - only heard them come in and out. Although no one asked us to be quiet, I did feel a little on edge when my kids were playing or watching a movie. I kept asking them to be quiet. It would have been helpful to know that the property has someone that lives there. I likely wouldn’t have booked since we have 5 kids. "

"We could not have been happier with this property. It worked well for everyone, from 24-year-olds to people in their 70s. It offered space to spread out and not be on top of each other. It was very well appointed and immaculately clean. The kitchen was amply supplied and included two refrigerators and two dishwashers. The pool area was perfect and expansive views were breathtaking. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year."

"My husband and I arrived on Saturday September 13th. The property was as advertised for # of sleeping, cleanliness, # of bathrooms, asset to the beach and other retail places.There were no drawers in the bedrooms for clothing, the couches were extremely old and uncomfortable and difficult to get out of. Upstairs, there was only one working light for reading in the small bedroom, the sinks in the bathrooms (both up and downstairs) didn’t allow space for toiletries, upstairs the bathroom didn’t have anything on the back of the door, for hanging robes or clothing. There was only one blanket in the entire house, we had some nights that went down to the 50’s, there were no chairs in the bedrooms, Some of these amenities would have made the house more inviting and allowed for the guests to enjoy time in the house."

"My husband and I and our two dogs really enjoyed our quick stay at this beautiful, modern, clean, and well equipped home in Orleans. We really wished we could have stayed longer especially because the Cape is so amazing in September. It’s a short drive everywhere but it[’s very doable."
