(3,391 reviews) Bar staff, bellboys and housekeeping were amazing! Room service food, fromt desk and room temperatures could use a LOT of improvement. My thermostat was set to 17°C and could not be adjusted even though it was like 9°C outside. Overall, even though I was freezing and it was too cold for the beach, I had fun meeting new people and watching the indoor nightly shows.
