"The best of both worlds!! Ride to the hype of nearby parties and nightlife OR stay in the quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!"

"The property and location was great. I ran into some issues with wristbands, but it was quickly resolved. I would have liked to have some beach chairs / towels available in the house as well as some general condiments - salt & pepper. When you are flying in it is hard to have all of that and also not economical to purchase for only a few days."

"We had a fantastic time at this well maintained and beautifully decorated beach house. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows (for those who sleep with more than one). Well stocked home provided everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to beach access. The golf carts and bikes make it easy to get around town. We would definitely stay here again."

"Loved the double laundry appliances. Elevator was very helpful carrying luggage to various floors Very accommodating kitchen and dining areas. Loved the huge square dining table."

"Property was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked with very basic utensils so don’t plan on cooking meals. A small coffee maker was provided but no coffee filters. Only 2 dishwasher tablets were left for our 4 day stay. Be sure to bring your own body soap & shampoo a very small amount is provided. 1 blow dryer for 2 bathrooms. Not generous with providing the extras. We paid enough for our stay for the extras to be provided."

"We really enjoyed the house at Watercolor. It had everything our family needed for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen and family room were large and all the bedrooms were comfortable. The porch for outside eating was nice and there were plenty of bicycles for all of us. We especially liked the golf cart which made it very easy and quick to the beach."

"Couple of hiccups: Ice maker: very limited production. Had to have ice delivered. Clothes dryer: not available for 24 hours Floor in family room: cleaners did poor job Adequate parking, great location, nice pool: even with hiccups, had great time"

"This property was clean, well stocked, plenty of linens and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay! It was a really nice set up with two king bedrooms and 5 twin beds (bunk beds and trundle). We had some minor things come up but it did not disrupt our stay. My only suggestion is putting a lock on main door that we could lock from inside and not be reliant on the lock with code. Maybe a top lock!? It did feel like a safe area and golf cart was very convenient!"
