I was extremely happy with this hotel. Excellent value for money. Location was perfect being close by to the train station and main shopping street in Nice. The man on the front desk was friendly and helpful and spoke/understood English. The room itself was small but that was fine. The room was also spotless. Only thing I would mention for those that are light sleepers, I could hear the lift when it was in use which I think light sleepers wouldn’t like (fine for me though). Overall an excellent stay!

Close to the main area and also really close to the train station which was key for us. Rooms were nice but on the smaller side. Bathroom is small but we enjoyed the hotel and its location!

Bonjour,Nous sommes désolé que vous avez peut-être passé un mauvais moment à Nice, mais nous ne comprenons pas votre note.Vous avez eu une belle et grande chambre vue sur la rue au 3eme étage, le ciel était ensoleillé, le personnel était gentil...Cela est peut-être dû à quelque chose d'extérieur à notre établissement et notre personnel. Nous espérons que tout est rentré dans l'ordre pour vous. Cordialement.

Loction was good - only 5 minute walk to the train station and restaurants. The building was old and the inside was very nice for the price. The outside was showing its age. The room was small. Great shower!

Good location bad wifi
The location of the hotel is great, close to the train station. Room and hotel was clean. Wifi was very unstable and it was hard to get a good connection.

Old hotel, bathroom shower was horrible and moldy, stench from the plumbing, the air freshener did not mask the smell. WIFI was awful, never worked. Only a handful of the tv channels worked. Uncomfortable beds, AC was very underwhelming.

Hotel was fine. Place is clean and breakfast is available and has some choice. The internet was very patchy and had issues keeping connected. It also didn’t allow more than one device to be connected. Close enough to Old Town and the sea to walk. Close to the Main Street so good location. Also very close to the train station.

The location is good near of train station and walking 🚶‍♀️ minutes of city centre. The area is not very nice but the hotel is clean and the room was very clean. Shower is very small for a small person is good but for a big o tall person will be challenging. Room is small but clean. Breakfast was included and is a good breakfast just, yogurt, eggs, coffee or te and some pastries, cheese. Nice clean dining room.

We stayed here twice during our trip. The first check-in experience was very disappointing, no help with our luggage although it was obvious we needed it. Room is nice & clean, but pretty small. Breakfast is OK, coffee is good. But the room served its purpose, it was a good location close to the train station, restaurants, etc. and not too expensive.

This hotel was good, close to everything like beach and shopping. The room size was ok and bathroom you have to step into the shower which could be a problem for older people. We have been traveling France and this was the smallest room so far but still accommodated a family of 4( 2 adults and 2 adult teens). The staff was amazing. You will have to find a parking garage or get up and move your car every morning (Parking garage was a seven minute walk not a big deal but is costly a day), if you rode the train even better. A lot of eating options around you. And let me mention again the shopping was amazing.

Front desk staff were not helpful, staff often attending to personal business (smoking, on the phone) and difficult to get attention, took forever to check in despite confirmed reservation prepaid 6 months in advance on hand for 2 rooms, were told on checkin we could switch rooms to a larger room the next day but were then given an incredulous no the next day, we specifically asked that let our adult daughter in when she arrived (from a different country) snd they agreed but received a text from her saying we had to run back and let her in as the hotel would not let her into a prepaid room booked in her name. Clueless when I tried ti pay fir breakfast in checkout and seemed more annoyed that he had to come inside from smoking to help me. Overall not welcoming at all. Our room had a fabulous shower but our daughter had a terrible one.

Spacious, pretty room in a convenient location. There was an issue with the plumbing system that caused an unpleasant smell while we were there, but I’m sure they’re fixing it.

I loved the location because it was convenient to the tram and train station. Just a few minutes walk to both. There was plenty of restaurants, markets and shopping nearby. The room was very, very smsll but quaint. To get into the shower was kind of an obstacle because it was so small and right next to the toilet. The staff was very kind to decorate my room for my arrival. For this I'm very grateful. Overall, i really enjoyed my stay there.
