Two bedrooms. This is a sunny top-floor apartment with a 23 m2 large and lovely terrace in a sunny west position and a separate balcony with morning sun. The apartment consists of a kitchen and a living room in an open plan with an entrance to the terrace, a large bedroom with a double bed (160×200), a smaller bedroom with a double bed (140×190), and a modern shower room with a separate toilet. There are ACs in all rooms. A few years ago, the whole apartment was renovated in a light, Scandinavian style. The air conditioning worked very well, which we appreciated as it was at times quite hot outside. We had excellent communication with the host, who kindly let us have an early check-in, which I very much appreciated, as I was exhausted and jet-lagged after a long overnight flight from Canada to Nice. So thanks very much! The apt is located very close to a tramway stop (Alsace Lorraine), which was useful for getting to downtown Nice. Our only small disappointment was that there was only one restaurant in the area (the Brasserie Gambetta; very good food); one had to go farther afield for a choice of restaurants. But all in all, we had a wonderful stay in this spotless apartment with very comfortable beds and a much-appreciated elevator. ##### Barbara H.
