Facing the sea and a stone's throw from Coco Beach, the apartment is located on the ground floor of a famous seaside residence in the Port district. It will easily accommodate two people and can accommodate a wheelchair.

District
The Quai Franck Pilatte is a very privileged and popular place. The view from your apartment on the wooded park of the residence and the sea view in the background a very calm and bright apartment. The apartment is located a few minutes from the Place Ile de Beauté tram station, direct to the airport in 20 minutes or to Nice's main train station. Allow less than ten minutes to walk to the Promenade and the Old Town.

You are a few minutes from the wonderful HYPE district "Place du Pin". A multitude of restaurants will satisfy all your desires.
