Fabulous place, perfect location
Everything about our stay exceeded expectation. We were met at the apartment for check-in and were shown the apartment and given everything we needed. It was nice knowing someone local was there in case there was an issue, but there was not. Everything was perfect. The apartment is stunning, the location is phenomenal and we had an amazing holiday. We will definitely be back!

Amazing apartment and location
I don't think you will find a better apartment or location in Nice. With the balcony doors open, the sun flooding in, and just the right amount of atmosphere from the street, this is a perfect apartment to relax and enjoy Nice. It's right in the centre so easy to get to and easy to go anywhere. The apartment was very clean, we were met by the housekeeping who was welcoming and friendly. The apartment is huge and filled with beautiful artwork and furnishings.

Fantastic location! Huge apartment!
Our stay at this property was wonderful. Perfectly situated in Messena Plaza, with a balcony we really enjoyed sitting on and people watching across the whole plaza! Easy access to Old Nice with terrific restaurants. Apartment was very spacious and clean. A fantastic visit!

This apartment is exactly as advertised. Really amazing location, fun and attractive decor, immaculately clean, and most importantly to us Americans ;) , the AC is amazing! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the crowds and street performers at night. Would definitely stay at Massena Dream again if we return to Nice!

I cannot say enough about the amazing apartment in a fantastic location. It has everything you would need and lots of thoughtful touches. Ironman France Trip
6 adult women came to Nice to race/cheer at Ironman France 2021. The location of this property couldn’t have been better! EVERYTHING we could possibly need was within walking distance…the beach, restaurants, bakeries, shops, as well as a well stocked market on the first floor of the building. The apartment also has everything you could possibly need. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and a little balcony to sit outside to drink our morning coffee and watch the locals stroll by. Just an absolutely lovely stay. The apartment manager, Najet, was very welcoming, informative, and friendly. She responded promptly to any questions we had. She was very helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic apartment in great location.
This is a terrific apartment and we will definately stay here when we are back in Nice. Large living/dining room, three nice bedrooms (principle is quite large) all with en suite bathrooms with showers and a powder room. Large kitchen with everything one needs if cooking -.although with so many great restaurants nearby we never cooked. Fun decor and comfortable furniture. Location on Place Massena is perfect. Patrick was very communicative - even emailed to let us know about a fireworks display one evening - and Nadjat who is the property manager was also very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Great location, great apartment
This is a beautifully furnished apartment right on Place Messena, in the very building on which the light show is displayed. It is a short walk away from the beach, the Christmas Carnival is within a stone's throw, and it is best located for visiting the Old Town. Very clean, very modern, and the cheerful and quirky furnishings are not just cute to look at, but also very comfortable. The green sofas were fantastic. Best thing about the place is that we were welcomed with a basket full of bread, jam, tea, coffee, and the concierge was very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay and a wonderful start to our experience of Southern France. The only small issue we had was that we appeared to run out of hot water after 4 of us had showered that night, but we adjusted!

We had a great time at his property. It is spacious and well equipped and central to many activities in Nice. The property was clean and check-in was easy. Parking is just around the corner.

Outstanding location
This is a real find. The location and size of the apartment were spectacular. The kitchen is high end but you won’t want to cook because there are dozens of outstanding restaurants within walking distance. The beach is two blocks and the apartment has plenty of towels and beach blankets to use.

Wonderful !!!
Very spacious, clean and fun apartment in the middle of the action, overlooking a beautiful plaza a couple blocks from the Mediterranean. We stayed there in late July during "the heat wave" we were so happy to have air conditioning and a balcony. We were traveling with our 2 adult sons and their girlfriends. we all love the place. It was hard to leave the apartment. As others mentioned, there was a bit of a language issue but Google translate was very helpful. Johanna was great! The only trouble we had was with the washer it wouldn't start. And I had 10 days of River Cruise laundry to do. So she made a special treat over to the apartment on Sunday night (our arrival day). To determine the problem and decided they need a new set. A new washer and dryer were installed the next day. Incredible! The owner checked in with us to see if we had questions or problems, we didn't but it was still appreciated. Overall we couldn't have been happier!! I highly recommend this property and hope to return someday!! Enorme Merci!!

A Wonderful Place to Stay for Family Vacation
My family and I (six adults) spent three nights at this property during our visit to Nice. We were very happy with the size of the apartment. It was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed during our stay. The location is EXCELLENT!!! We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shopping and the Promenade along the beach. We were also able to take a short stroll to the market area in Cours Selaya, which is something we thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend. There is a small grocery on the bottom floor, which makes it convenient to grab a coffee or some items you may need during your stay. The only negative I have about our experience at Massena Place is that the communication during check-in was difficult. There was a bit of a language barrier and it was hard to understand the verbal instructions of how to operate things like the television and the air conditioning. It was our understanding that the air conditioner was set at a minimum temperature, which made sleeping at night uncomfortable since we preferred to have it cooler. I would suggest to the owner, who was always very responsive to my emails, that he provide a sheet in the apartment that includes information regarding check-in/check-out procedures, operational instructions on things like the television and air conditioner, and a WI-FI password. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay at the apartment and highly recommend it if you are looking for a rental in Nice.

Wonderful apartment
This is really a great apartment right in the heart of everything going on in Nice. We spent Christmas 2018 there with our four kids. There was room for everyone. The kitchen is large, clean and well-stocked. We really appreciated the washing machine and dryer. The kids appreciated the Netflix. Galleries Lafayette is right next door! The Christmas Market is across the square (in the middle of the picture above). A large Carrefour is 5 blocks away, and a small one is right under the apartment. Short walk to the Old Town where may restaurants are, but no walk at all to the main shopping drag. Two cautions: the parking space is small if you have a large car, and it takes some driving skill to get it in there. (But if you need a spot, there aren't many apartments that offer one at all...) Also, take your time with your contact understanding how the temperature controls work--we figured it out, but they are not intuitive. All-in-all, one of the very best rental apartments we have ever had. My wife is now talking about going back to Nice just to stay in this place!

Regarding air conditioning when I had renovated this apartment I wanted to have the latest model from Daikin (world famous) built into the false ceiling. I agree with you the turntables are not simple, this installation offers so many programming possibilities that it should not be touched. But each occupant touches it to satisfy his needs. I'm sure you'll enjoy this system the next time you come here and even the parking spot will look bigger with a little more driving right practice. Best wishes for 2019

Best place ever!
This apartment exceeded our expectations. Great location, beautifully decorated, well stock, very clean and comfy. We had such a great time. We are a family of five. Our children are adults so the twin beds were a bit small for the two that shared that bedroom but they would be fine for children. Our master bedroom was very comfortable. The apartment is very modern with window covers that black out all the light. Perfect location in the heart of Nice for sightseeing. It was really fun to ring the New Year from our balcony. Place Masséna was fantastic and fun. Old Nice is just a few blocks away. Patrick, the owner, was very responsive to my emails and very kind. The apartment was decorated for Christmas and this made us feel at home. I recommend this place 100%.

MAGICAL APARTMENT IN SUPERB LOCATION!!!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to stay at this apartment. It is in the most wonderful location, as it is only steps from the promenade. The apartment is extremely well-maintained with comfortable beds and seating. The balcony overlooks the main square. You really feel as if you are staying in the most important apartment in all of Nice. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We ate at Villa D'este twice during our stay...it is a few block away. The grocery store next door is awesome! I cannot say enough good things about his place. Also, David was extremely helpful and was always available for anything during our stay.

Best Location!
Beautiful apartment in a great location. We stayed 7 nights and could not have been happier with this apartment. It is on the edge of Old Town and walking distance to the beach as well as the train station. We took the train to visit Antibes and Eze which were both wonderful. I highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing Nice Apartment
We spent 5 wonderful days at this beautiful apartment, and can't say enough to highly recommend it. We were three couples and were very comfortable in this spacious apartment. It is very well located in the beautiful Place Massena, and we enjoyed our evening cocktails on the balcony overlooking the Place. The apartment is in easy walking distance of the beach, shopping, public transportation, great restaurants, and the quaint old part of the city. We had a car, so we were very grateful for the underground parking space. We absolutely loved Nice and loved this apartment. Thank you Nathalie, for taking great care of us. We plan on returning to Nice and would love to stay here again.

Luxurious and comfortable apartment with great view and location
This apartment is huge by French (or even US) standards and very comfortably furnished and equipped. The only thing we needed was more towels which were quickly supplied by the efficient Nathalie. The location is very central but not noisy as the Place Massena is largely a pedestrian space. Grocery shopping and great boulangerie are nearby and Nice is full of great restaurants. For anyone who is heat averse, this apartment is fully air conditioned making it very comfortable in warm weather. I would recommend this unit to anyone but it's especially nice for a family or three couples traveling together.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Beds are very nice. A/C in every room makes it very comfortable. Furnishings are top of the line. Best place in Nice
When you look for a vacation home location and amenities are very important ... well this home has it all. The location was perfect for every adventure we took (Monaco, Eze and Cannes), it overlooks the life of the plaza, so you get every beautiful sound and smell of Nice, Old town and the market are around the corner, and the beach you can see it from the window. The home itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you will need for your stay. The owner was awesome to work with and Natalie can help you with anything you need. I just can't explain how wonderful it is to open the door to a home and it is exactly what you saw in the pictures and much, much, more. Un bel appartement superbement situé

This is not my first visit to Nice, but this time the choice of apartment allowed me and my friends to see this beautiful vibrant city in a new light. Everything was perfect, from receiving information to checking out. Communication was easy, Patrick quickly responds to letters and questions and always ready to help. Location is ideal. Almost all the sights on foot distance. The apartment is spacious, modern and stylish, the photos are true, but it's a pity they cannot convey the atmosphere and charm that come from the colors and sounds of Massena. Patrick and Johanna considered all the nuances for the comfort of the guests; from essential food to bathroom amenities. Special thanks to Joahnna, a very nice, friendly girl, helped us with advice. In summary, this accommodation is highly recommended!

Wonderful location in the center of Nice
You are really in the middle of Nice between old town and new town. Nearly everything attraction is walking distance and if not there is a great public transport system. The appartment is fully equipped and if you miss something, Nathalie the home manager will help you out. So it was a great stay in a wonderful city!

The apartment agrees with the description! The location is perfect. Every night you can watch an event in front of the apartment but if you need some silence, only close the windows. Nathalie, the apartment manager was friendly and supporting. The apartment is just perfect!
