ACCOMMODATION: Our accommodation is located in a large family villa nestled in a quiet and green residential area. The apartment, which is completely independent, offers a generous 100 m² on one level, perfect for comfortably accommodating up to 7 people, whether you are travelling as a couple, with family or friends.
THE KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully independent and equipped to allow everyone to cook with pleasure: hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, complete crockery... You will find everything you need to prepare your meals just like at home, with even a barbecue on the terrace for your summer grills. LAUNDRY AREA: A separate laundry room allows you to stay even more convenient with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Ideal for long stays or family stays.
EXTERIOR & RELAXATION AREA: The private terrace is a real extension of the living space. Surrounded by greenery, it is furnished with garden furniture, dining table, deckchairs and barbecue. You can enjoy your breakfasts, your naps or your dinners under the stars. Holidaymakers will also have access to a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, shared with the other apartment of the villa. Refreshing, spacious and surrounded by a flowery garden, it is the perfect place to relax between two visits or for a lazy afternoon.
PARKING: Two private parking spaces are available in the property, secured by an automatic gate. You will be able to park your vehicles in peace, which is a real plus on the Côte d'Azur in high season.

Ideally located in Vence, the villa is a few minutes' walk from the historic centre, with its cobbled streets, markets, craftsmen, shaded terraces and typical southern atmosphere. You are also in the immediate vicinity of the main roads to easily reach: - Emblematic hilltop villages such as Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Tourrettes-sur-Loup or Gourdon. - Seaside resorts such as Cagnes-sur-Mer, Antibes, Villeneuve-Loubet or Nice. - Nice international airport, only 20 minutes away by car. - Pebble or sandy beaches, quickly accessible for a swim or a sunset over the sea.
