There is also a washing machine. The apartment is crossing, with an east-west orientation. It has two balconies, one, to the east, overlooking a garden, the other, to the west, with a view over the whole city of Nice, the sea and the hills. Parking is easy on the street. The apartment has just been redone, so it's like new. The decoration and furnishings are very neat, even luxurious and are typical of a French taste.
