Located in one of Nice's most iconic neighbourhoods, this 2-room apartment of 37 m² welcomes you just steps away from the famous Cours Saleya and the Ponchettes beach.

Offering an exceptional situation to fully enjoy the old town, it combines comfort, functionality and Mediterranean charm, all with air conditioning and a pleasant terrace.

YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD

Located in the heart of Old Nice, the apartment is a few steps from the Cours Saleya market, 10 metres from the iconic restaurant "Le Safari", about 50 metres from the beach, and 150 metres from a convenient supermarket. The "Opéra - Vieille Ville" tram is 250 metres away, Nice Thiers station is 2 km away, and Nice airport is 7 km away. You will be surrounded by lively alleyways, restaurants, shops, and just two minutes' walk from the sea: everything can be done on foot, without constraint.

STAY

The living space, comfortable and bright, is fitted out with a welcoming sofa and a dining table for two people. The decoration, simple and warm, creates a relaxed atmosphere, conducive to rest after a day at the beach or exploring the city. A television and free Wi-Fi are at your disposal, as well as air conditioning for a pleasant stay in all seasons.

TERRACE

The apartment has a pleasant terrace of 5 m², a real asset to enjoy the Nice climate. Calm and sunny, it is ideal for having breakfast in the open air, reading a book or sharing a drink at the end of the day, with the song of seagulls in the background.

COOKING

The open kitchen, American-style, is fully equipped to allow you to cook on-site: ceramic hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils. You will easily be able to prepare your meals with products from the local market, located just down the street.

BEDROOM

The independent room has a comfortable double bed and offers a simple, calm setting conducive to rest. It allows you to isolate yourself from the neighbourhood's animation while being in the heart of the city.

BATHROOM

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin with a mirror, a hairdryer and a washing machine. The toilet is integrated into the room. An iron is also available for your extended stays.

An apartment ideally located to live Nice on foot, between beach, market and colourful alleyways, in a typically Mediterranean atmosphere.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival

I chose to arrive by air

Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:

The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.

I chose to arrive by train

The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.

I chose to arrive by car

There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

• On time
• Per 24-hour day
• Per week
• Per month

It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
