Whole experience was just amazing. The welcome on arrival, breakfast tray, breakfast itself. The rooms. Just wow. The chef was simply amazing in her breakfast dishes. Quite possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Not to be missed.

Fantastic room with all we could have hoped for, spotlessly clean too. Great bathroom, great wifi, lovely and quiet. Very tastefully decorated room, it gave a real 'home from home' feeling. Lovely place in a quiet street but within walking distance of The Falls and all amenities. Jacky and Alice were excellent hosts. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we could need and the breakfasts were delicious. What else can we say? If you're planning to visit The Falls, you should stay here!

Lovely hotel, in an excellent location with parking, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. We only had one night at the hotel, but wished our itinerary would have enabled us to have a longer visit, the room was lovely and came with all the standard amenities but of a very good quality, the bed was huge and so comfy, we had a modern bathroom and the room also had a small patio area. We didn't eat at the restaurant on this occasion but we do intend to try this on our next visit to The Shaw...
