I needed accommodations for a large family of 16, and this property was perfect for us. Many other places required a two-day stay for booking, so I appreciated the flexibility of being able to reserve it for just one night. The host was attentive and accommodating. If you’re visiting Niagara Falls for the day with a large group, this is the ideal home away from home!

Ford’s

The exterior of the Virgo was very poor. The neighborhood was unsavory and left a lot to be desired. We were afraid to walk anywhere, which caused us a great expense. We had to Uber everywhere. The interior was ok, but there were a lot of things that needed to be repaired. The exterior door handle was broken and much of the kitchen cabinetry needed to be replaced or repaired. The windows seals were filled with trash. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

owner doesnt answer for questions

I have tried to contact the host for quenstions and he didnt answer at all . The heat didnt work , i had two babies with me and stayed in a cold room for a few days . Also there were a lot of ants inside the house . it happened to me three times during the night that they fell on my face ( disgusting) .

Look into the neighborhood

The location of this house was the challenge for a group of 8 women. The surrounding homes were abandoned or maintained. Although led to believe this was a family neighborhood and were instructed upon check in to keep the noise down, there were homes nearby playing very loud music. There were challenges with the trash - it was not picked up from the previous stay and was falling onto the sidewalk. The bedrooms were adequate but there was no air conditioning in the central living spaces. VRBO did commit to a full refund when we called upon arriving but only a half of one night fee was actually refunded for a four night stay. Overall disappointing - both the location and the handling of the issue.
