There was a different hot breakfast each day. Tours can be arranged through a staff member with very good English. The WiFi is decent but the walls are very thin and there is no hot water for the shower. Mosquito nets help keep them away while sleeping. There is no private parking though. Staff was very kind and always smiling. They were also helpful, booked our bus tickets etc. There was double booking first night, and we had to stay in another hotel and this place's owner paid our night. They say there is house keeping every day, but they didn't clean the room unless you ask. We stayed 9 nights, and they clean the room once. But that was ok, the accomodation was bungalow so we didn't mind. You can walk to the beach in 15-20 minutes, or you can pick up motorbike-taxi(1000ks). Food in restaurant was good, even though sometimes they forgot your order or messed it up and brought something else haha. Only cold water in shower. Wi-fi ok, but not able to watch videos. All in all, we liked our stay so much we could stay here again in the future.
