We have found it hard to find 4*+ accommodation in the Ndlande/Port Alfred area. This is great. Well trained friendly and effective staff and a manager who never seems to rest. Very nice facilities. Good location close to town and the beach. Quiet location next to the gold course. Felt safe and secure at all times. Once you have seen the big sights of South Africa, this is a nice part of the country to spend a week or two.

I arrived early afternoon and was checked in immediately. I had forgotten to load my South Africa map on to my TomTom GPS before leaving the UK and the lady of the house helped me do this on her own computer for which I will be eternally grateful. room was nice with balcony with table and chairs and river view. Easy to find as well signposted from main road. quick efficient check in and transfer from main lodge to satellite lodge about 2km in the park by the river where there was lots of tame wildlife- warthog, gazelle, hornbill - wandering around.
