"Our stay was very enjoyable, breakfast was in a nice quaint traditional room, and staff were very helpful. They also have some traditional costumes that you can wear to take pictures, very fun! There are also a new cats on the property, great if u r a cat lover!"

"Hidden gem in the middle of plenty of things to do. The room was perfect and we were close to the restaurant for breakfast. We could easily get a car to go anywhere in the area. The Tibetan influence of the area was very engaging. There is a restaurant near there that serves a yak stew that is the best. The pics are from local places. The staff was the most curious and helpful people I have encountered."

"May was very pleasant and got everything ready when we checked in and informed us all the relevant information. This was the fastest check in I have ever experienced. The breakfast tickets were arranged in a special back to back way and it was very easy to pick them out for daily use, and by the time we got in the room the fruits were delivered right after. All in all it indicated the staff paid attention to all the details and made an efforts for a pleasant stay. The free laundry was a plus and easy to use. The location of the hotel is great, close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou park, the bus terminal and a number of restaurants."

"Friendly staff, and the good location. However, the street where the hotel is located is under the construction, therefore it was bit noisy and hard to access. Hopefully the construction finishes in time so the other guests will have better experience."

"The villla was spacious and well maintained. I loved the Christmas tree that they set up in the middle of the living room. Made the place warm and special. The staff welcomed us with a sash and a dance and it was nice of them to do so. Our personal assigned Neba (butler) Jasmine Zhang, was super attentive. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and even prepare small gifts for my boy whose birthday was round the corner. The food was fantastic too! The hotel manager Gin personally came by to say hi and it was a nice touch. We loved the service attitude of all the staff and it certainly made the stay very memorable. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great place to relax and unwind. "

"I feel a bit upset and disappointed of choosing this hotel because the variety of restaurant is limited, only 1, also I paid extra for the mountain view but I only get small little part of mountain view, instead in front of me is all trees not the mountain view. "
