"Room cleaning staff were excellent very friendly provided all toiletties All staff very friendly always happy to help excellent manners breakfast had wide variety of choice n staff excellent too somnath and his crew were just out of this world excellent manners I would recommend this hotel highly we celebrated my birthday n staff surprised me with yummy cake thank you for the best stay at this hotel ever"

"Tranquil property. Comfortable rooms but what others say about the air conditioners noise and bathrooms is true. The staff, especially restaurant were terrific. Management is aware the gym needs work. I exercise seriously and had to go to an outside facility. No more harbor construction noise. The harbor could be an eyesore if you want natural ocean views. But it had its own charm. Management really cares about your satisfaction."

"Rooms were outdated, and the washrooms had poor ventilation with a foul drain smell. Despite booking three Coastal View Rooms together one book TDforExpedia booking, we were given two rooms on one floor and a third on another. Third room was on first floor which had a minimal coastal view. The hotel said the bookings came through separately and couldn’t place us together, which was disappointing on a family trip. The rooms were in an older section of the hotel (on the very far end), and the pool on our side was closed and unmaintained. Overall, the property fell well below five-star expectations."
