Easy to find and well located hotel with private parking in a car park accessed by code. Room clean and good size
TV hard to navigate (even the manager struggled)
check in awful, have to manually input all details including credit card even when already paid (understand it is for extras), you get the key via an email so have to wait for that to come through - unnecessarily frustrating & long winded especially after a long day and drive!

I haven't stayed in a hotel with such a poor level of maintenance and cleanliness for a long time. Overall, I would describe the property as declining, and my guest room as shabby. Multiple issues of dirty, damaged, unclean and unfit items within the room including fittings, decor and plumbing. Honestly, it's been a long time since I felt this uncomfortable staying in a hotel. The experience left me feeling uneasy.
