While we enjoyed our stay at the Gregory, we found it to be expensive for guest accommodation compared to our other stays around Ireland, including Dublin, especially as breakfast was extra. The room was large and staff were helpful.

Check-in process easy, and we were sent the required access codes on the afternoon of the start of our stay.
Very clean, plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. Kitchenette has enough equipment for making simple meals.
Sound insulation between the floors could be better, as we could hear footsteps from the flat above, but it did not cause us any inconvenience.
Only a couple of minutes walk away from frequent bus services into the city centre.
Large Tesco's and small Co-op, along with several small restaurants and take-away shops within a few minutes walk.
