Check in was very easy. Communication was great! The property was well taken care of. We had a bit of bad luck and noticed the hot tub was not working shortly after we had checked in. Communication was great and Main Ski Lodging did everything they could do to trouble shoot the problem with me via text. The next morning a specialist showed up and determined the hot tub had a circuit board issue and it was clear the hot tub would be inoperative for the entire trip. We did receive a discount due to this inconvenience. We understand that the hot tub not functioning is out of everyone's control. What was nice is that Main Ski Lodging handled the situation promptly and professionally. That is all we could have asked for. Thanks for a great stay! ##### John G.
