The zero-carbon smart home is equipped to an extremely high standard with automatic lighting, underfloor heating, and controlled ventilation.

The house is built over three levels. The first floor offers a double bedroom with an ensuite, a family bathroom, and a double room with bunk beds.

The top floor hosts the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite shower room.

For those of you wanting to try surfing on Britain’s best surfing breaks, we have kids and adults wetsuits that you can use.
