The kitchen overlooks the first floor terrace and garden. Away from the lounge area is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and another WC. The Lounge boasts real oak floors, a contemporary corner sofa with chaise end, Widescreen free view TV, and a DVD/CD player. There is also a dining area with space for 6 people. We can also provide a cot, high-chair and safety gate.

FAB Apartment - RECOMMEND!!

What a GREAT find!! - LOVELY apartment, description was accurate and facilities were excellent. On arrival, we found it to be clean and well maintained. The location was really handy, with many places to eat and shop on your doorstep and the beach just a 2 minute walk away! The layout was just right and made for a totally relaxing stay – we will definitely be back!!

Surf Micro Vacation (it isn’t Hawaii, but it is perfect blend of Hawaiian vibes and European Charm)

Steve, was a great host. Very responsive and attentive. Reasonable expectations and provides a as advertised experience. Home is beautifully decorated, modern, close to all the surfing and shopping action. Friendly neighbours and an all around great experience.

Glorious Newquay

Lovely property in the centre of Newquay, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property is supplied with everything you could need for a very pleasant stay and having private parking was a real plus in such a central location. We had a wonderful holiday.

Perfect Weekend Break

We had a great weekend here, the kids loved the penthouse. The location is perfect! The place had just been redecorated so it was spotless. The parking at the rear was very helpful. The property is within easy walking distance of the beach, harbour and town centre. We will definitely return and stay here again.

Awesome Place

Amazing apartment in a great location, everything is on your doorstep. Tesco express 2 mins, Newquay Town Centre 2 minutes, the beach 2 mins. The apartment itself is very large and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfy and the towels were lovely and soft. The owner had left a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits which was nice to have on arrival. We had a lovely stay and would go back tomorrow. Thanks again.

Fantastic Trip

This was a beautiful place to stay, only 5 minutes from the main streets and minutes to all the main beaches in Newquay. The Penthouse was just perfect, 3 large bedrooms. We parked the car at the rear and didn't need to use it for the rest of our stay. There is a local surf shop a few doors down and well as Tescos and Aldi. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Family Holiday

I've just had a lovely stay with the family at The Penthouse. We did book The Garden Apartment which is located below, earlier in the year, but this time around we opted for The Penthouse which is the larger 3 bed. Wow what can I say, it was just beautiful. The Penthouse is really nicely furnished throughout, very spacious and equipped with everything you would need. The kids loved the bunk beds and the view from the top floor across the bay is stunning. The complimentary tea ,coffee, sugar and milk was a nice touch and the Fibre Optic Wi-Fi was an added bonus. The owner Steve was really helpful and he even gave us a late checkout which was great. We've already booked to return next year.

A Perfect Stay at The Garden Apartment

Great apartment, less than a 5 min walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment was well maintained and equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. The private parking was a real bonus and the garden was beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommended !!!

Great appartment with the perfect loaction

The flat was very well presented , clean and tidy . It is in a great location for Newquay town centre and restaurants - would particularly recommend Stavros the Greek restaurant on the main high street . Stephen the owner was very helpful when we had a small difficulty getting the TV connected up but it was probably more my fault more than anything else !! Thanks for a great time , Mark.
