Everything else within the property was as described and made for a lovely break. Puzzles provided (I love a good holiday puzzle). Kitchen well stocked and had very sharp knives (another first for holiday flats). The owner let us use the hose downstairs to clean off our wetsuits, which was very useful. There's a clothes line in the garden too. Water pressure in shower was a little poor, and no shower curtain - but these were very minor issues for us. Second room is small, but this was not an issue at all for us and it was exactly as seen in the website photos. The property is a 5ish minute walk to the beach (depending on whether with kids) - a nice walk on the coastal path. Shops 10 mins - either by road or via coastal path. Shops = convenience store with bakery (so lovely), surf shop/hire, fish and chips, pizza etc. Also a pitch and putt. Beach is gorgeous. Coastal path to Bedruthen stunning too. Overall, this flat was lovely, and gave us everything we needed, but the view was just out of this world. ##### nick r.
