Kitchen with double electric oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave and Phillips L'Or Barista coffee machine.  
Hallway utility cupboard with washer/dryer.  
  
Sleeping:  
Master bedroom with king size bed, sea views, built in wardrobe, dresser, two bedside tables and ensuite.  
Ensuite includes walk-in, rainfall shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin.  
Second bedroom with a superking zip and link bed, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables.  
Family bathroom with bath and rainfall shower overhead, heated towel rail, WC and basin.  
  
Outside:  
Balcony with views over Porth beach with a table and four chairs, making it the perfect spot for a morning coffee.  
One designated off-street parking space.
