It offers the perfect sanctuary to unwind after a day spent living your best life in and around Newquay! With private parking available. The Space: Step inside a fresh, vibrant sanctuary - perfect to unwind after a day spent living life on the world renowned Fistral Beach. The living space is open plan and social with a lovely sunny balcony providing a great spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning sun whilst planning your day of fun filled activities. Positioned on the top floor of the building, well away from the road, the apartment guides you into open plan, generously proportioned social space with ample room for lounging and dining opening onto a sheltered south facing balcony which enjoys open views towards the River Gannel and Crantock beach. The kitchen area is fitted with a generous range of modern, fully integrated appliances including a fridge freezer, washing machine and dish washer with an electric cooker and gas hob. Both bedrooms (1 x king & 1 x twin) have plenty of built in storage with the main bedroom boasting a spacious ensuite with double shower. Within minutes of leaving the apartment you could dipping your toes into the Atlantic Ocean, from early morning flat calm paddle-boarding to consistent summer waves to try your hand at surfing & bodyboarding. The world famous Fistral Beach hosts many surf events every year and is popular with families and surfers alike and offers Lifeguard cover from 28th of March - 1st November yearly. There are many facilities at the beach including surf hire/lessons, Rick Stein's Fish & Chips, Fistral Beach Bar, The Fish House and a range of independent shops. The River Gannel is a truly special place, a Mecca for watersports lovers at high tide and a beautiful, peaceful place to walk when the tide recedes. There is a single allocated parking bay for one car and four visitor spaces, however we cannot guarantee that the the visitor spaces will be available at all times during your stay. Unfortuantely the apartment is not pet friendly. Guest Access: Guest will have full access to the property The Neighborhood: Situated on Pentire Crescent, with only a short walk to South Fistral beach and Newquay Town Centre with the amenities you would need to enjoy your stay. From boutique bars, trendy dining, golf, supermarkets, beach sports hire and everything in between. Getting Around: There is a single allocated parking bay for one car and four visitor spaces, however we cannot guarantee that the the visitor spaces will be available at all times during your stay. Newquay Train Station is approx 1.3 miles (around 30 min walk/5 min drive) There are both buses and taxis available. Bus 58 is our local bus. The closest bus stop to us would be either outside The California Hotel (approx 550 feet) or outside The Fistral Bay Hotel (approx 0.2 miles) This bus will take you into Newquay Bus Station where you can find further buses. ## Property amenities ### Beach - With beautiful beach side decore the apartment has comfortable beds, high quality linens and fluffy towels. An unexpected bonus was the ocean views from the second bedroom.Will was a responsive and informative host both prior to our arrival and during our stay. Potential guests need to consider the apartment is on the third level with no lift - no problem for us but may be for some people. We also knew before we booked we would need a car to get around Newquay. Overall one of the best short term apartments we have stayed in. Definitely recommend. ##### Janette S.
