Converted Wheel House w/hot tub, dog-friendly - sleeps 8

Wheel House is semi-detached, one half of a large stone barn that has been sympathetically converted to an extremely high standard from the original mill and retains the original water wheel at the front. Character features and exposed beams blend seamlessly with modern comfort and convenience to provide a relaxed environment for your holiday.

Set out in reverse style, on the ground floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom + WC. On the first floor there is a large open plan living area with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, a further bedroom and a shower room.

All double rooms have ziplink superking beds, that can be split into twin singles as needed. Great for groups of friends with the beds split into singles and really handy for family groups with no-one getting the short straw of a small double bed!

Accommodation
Ground Floor: Three bedrooms with ziplink beds which can either be 6' superkings or twin singles. Family bathroom with shower over bath & WC. Additional WC.

First Floor: Open plan living room and kitchen with a dining area. One bedroom with ziplink beds which can either be a 6' superking or twin singles Shower room with WC.

Exterior: The front door opens onto a small deck with 5 steps down to the ground level. There is outside seating, a fantastic hot tub and kettle BBQ.


THE SPACE
Located between Mitchell and St Newlyn East (great pubs!), about a mile from each, Goonwinnow is easy to find and the location is super-convenient for the A30, and getting to pretty much anywhere else in county, especially the North Coast beaches.

Goonwinnow Farm's stone barns have been converted over the past 20 years into four holiday cottages of varying sizes to suit solo guests, families and large groups. A total of up to 24 people can be accommodated. Each cottage welcomes dogs and a couple have enclosed gardens for safe play. There is also an enclosed communal paddock where dogs can be let off lead to play. All guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas.

Comfortable beds, plump pillows and crisp white cotton sheets are the perfect recipe for a good night's sleep.


FACILITIES

The cottages are provided with well-stocked fitted kitchen, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, internet-enabled Smart TV for streaming via your online Netflix/Amazon accounts, barbecue, garden furniture and central heating. There is free WIFI available in all cottages, huge Egyptian cotton bath sheets, crisp white bed linen. There is an iron & ironing board and hair dryer. Hot tub towels are also provided as well as cots (no bedding) and high chairs on request. Smoking is not permitted within the cottages. There is plentiful on-site parking.

Your cottage will be ready for you from 4pm onwards and checkout is 10am.

At the end of a day of adventures and exploring, comfortable beds, peace, quiet and dark skies mean you're sure to relax and re-connect.
