Clean, spacious (for family of four), everything we needed for a beach holiday. We would happily stay again. The only thing to be aware of is that it’s on the only road in and out of the fistral beach bar complex, which meant of Friday and Saturday nights there was considerable noise after 12pm from drunk people walking Back to Newquay from the beach bar.
