A sweeping driveway brings you to the front of this outstanding property, giving a sense of just how special this house is before you even step inside. Through the pillared porch, you’ll find yourself in the grand entrance hall steeped in its historic past and sympathetically furnished throughout with a storage area for coats and belongings, a toy chest for outdoor games, a seating area for a quiet game of chess or backgammon, a useful WC and washroom along with grand staircase upstairs. Heading left, you’ll enter into the cosy yet spacious snug with sumptuous sofas and window seats, so light the wood burner and unwind after a busy day by watching your favourite film or Sky (Basic package) on the Smart TV. From here, step into the stunning kitchen/breakfast room which has been finished to an incredibly high specification and offers an oil-fired AGA, two electric ovens and hob, a large fridge, two dishwashers, air fryer, coffee machine, popcorn machine and the walk-in pantry with a second large fridge. The washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and microwave can be found in a separate utility room. Play your favourite songs on the Bluetooth speakers and start planning your day at the kitchen table with seating for seven next to the original feature fireplace or enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar. Next to the entrance is the stylish formal dining room with plenty of seating for fourteen and views across the front lawn. After dinner, you’ll find you spend your evenings socialising with your family in the absolutely fantastic dual aspect games room with Smart TV, log burner and comfy sofas. Whether it’s a game or two of pool or table football or listening to some classics on the record player or playing your own collection from your smart device on via Bluetooth and dancing the night away, you’ll create some fabulous memories here. Upstairs on the first floor, there are six bedrooms, all of which have been finished to an incredibly high standard, with thoughtful attention to detail. The first of these is a super-king-size room with a modern and simply stunning en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower his and hers sinks and WC. There’s a king-size with an en-suite shower room, with shower and WC, and two more king-size rooms, one offering an en-suite shower room and another is a perfect family room that has a dressing room with a double sofa bed (suitable for children), or great for a nursery room. Another lovely triple bunk bedroom with a double and a single over, and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request). Head to the attic and you’ll find a further two bedrooms both singles with additional pull out single beds and exposed eaves, the perfect place for children to explore and there’s also a WC. From the kitchen step outside into the courtyard, the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee of a morning, as well as enjoying an evening tipple under the gorgeous outdoor lighting. Also, you will find an outside WC here. At the front of the house, from the front door or games room, the outdoor dining area is perfect for a BBQ. Play boules on the lawn, a game of football or even badminton. Try your hand at table tennis or watch the children play on the rope swing amongst the trees.
