Inside:  
 Very spacious and light one bedroom garden view apartment.  
 Crisp, light, contemporary feel.  
 Open plan living room with corner sofa and double sofa bed.  
 Large patio doors onto a Juliet balcony with garden view plus an extra window flood the space with light.  
 Flat screen SMART TV (with Freeview) and WiFi.  
 Dining area with table and 4 chairs.  
 Large, well-equipped kitchen area with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor, microwave and washer/dryer.  
 Breakfast bar and stools offer an informal place to eat.  
  
Sleeping:  
 Good-sized double bedroom with views over the gardens and with a zip-and-link super king double bed which can be used as a double or twin, chest of drawers, large wardrobe (where you will find a travel cot and high chair), chair and a small TV.  
 Double sofa bed in the living area.  
 Family bathroom with basin, WC, bath with integral shower, and heated towel rail.  
  
Outside:  
 Garden view.  
 Designated parking for one car.  
 Communal surf shower to rinse off in after a day at the beach.
