The Art Deco architectural beauty of this hotel is stunning! Every time I was in the elevator area, I was wowed. We had a corner room on the 22nd floor and it was great. Lots of space and great art deco inspired furniture and lights. We had a view of the bridge and the lake. The breakfast at the French cafe was so so. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Bid room but not cleaned nor updated. Late check out is only at 1pm. No room upgrade offered. There was 1 day that room was not serviced until late evening. Good location

Very nice hotel near everything in Chicago. The rooftop 10/10. Not problem at our stay only one thing. They offer us a room with view at the river but the room wasn’t available until almost 6pm when the check in is 4pm .
