They could not find our reservation and we had to go out of our way to prove that we had made a reservation. They ended up booking us, for the same price, but without Expedia. The room that they put us in was supposed to be nonsmoking (I'm allergic) and it was definitely a smoking room, with burn marks on the bedding, the door to the bathroom was beyond damaged, there were holes in the shower walls, drawers had empty liquor bottles and Wendy's crackers and the bed is a Queen, not a King.

The motel was dirty and run down. We saw roaches in our room as well. I've stayed at many other Motel 6 brand motels and have never been so grossed out and disappointed. No more stays at Motel 6 for me.

It was visibly filthy. You could see big sections of just filthy floor. I spilled water and used the stained towel to wipe it. The towel looked black afterwards and the floor was a different color. I'm not sure if the sheets were clean. There was mascara in several places.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a sign that said back on 30 minutes, I waited 45 and still no clerk. I called the hotel and was then helped and quickly checked in. The room was adequate and the bed was clean and comfy. The place could use a deep clean and freshening up, but served the purpose with a decent shower and quiet nights sleep.

My room was absolutely filthy!! Dried boogers, yes boogers, all over mirror over bathroom sink. The fridge had all sorts of hair and hair textures in it. Not even sure if all were human. Linings badly stained. Front desk staff were rude!!! Heard people next door loudly arguing. Very shady!! I didn’t feel safe there at all. I had no more money to stay anywhere else and a refund would’ve taken a few days. Unfortunately, I had to stay.

Our first night stay was ok only you couldn't walk barefoot in the room cause your feet got black from the dirty floors. The second night we were awakened at 5am by a couple breaking out the window 2 doors down and screaming at each other like crazy people needless to say I couldn't get back to sleep cause they kept things going for 2.5 hours and check out was at 11am.

Omg I love this place..I had to come back… I have a beautiful blue staffordshire terrier that stayed for free … the beds are so soft therapeutic … best sleep I’ve had in weeks.. the smell when you walk in the door is fresh welcome with a hint of pine… Large rooms with cable. The customer service is even better, front desk woman was cheerful , helped me change my credit information on reservations. Also one of the most responsible priced with no deposits. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The room we originally checked into was already occupied, The tv did not work and when maintenance came to look at it he was rude, & angry. When he told us to use the buttons on the tv but we still couldn’t change the channel his response was “I don’t know what to tell you” as he walked out and slammed the door. The bathroom door didn’t close, there were very few towels supplied and no convenience items such as soap, shampoo or a blow dryer. HORRIBLE

Check in was rough, ring bell sign.. bell gone. Tried calling, got a recording, then hang up. Once got attention of clerk, rest was smooth. Very noisy road, keeping heat/ac unit on drowned noise. Room was very clean!
