Guest House: Accessible via its own entrance, the guest house offers 1 bedroom, a sleeping loft, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a kitchenette, making it suitable for smaller groups or families seeking additional privacy. ​

Outdoor amenities enhance the property's appeal, featuring a deck that connects both living spaces and offers views of the water. For boating enthusiasts, there are two boat lifts, a pier, and a floating boat dock. Additional conveniences include an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day on the water or at the beach, and an RV site hookup with water and utilities. ​
