We really enjoyed our stay at Seagrass Oceanfront Inn. The ocean views are spectacular and were definitely the highlight of our visit. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying the coast. The inn was comfortable and welcoming, the rooms were clean and good size. and we appreciated being able to relax while taking in the scenery. We had a great stay and would happily return.

We loved our one night sleepover. The view was so beautiful and access to the beach cant be beat. They are in the middle of renovation and staff was still patient and kind with everything going on. Can't wait until the pool is ready when we return

Lovely ocean view. Clean room but carpet had some dirty spots. They are renovating so it looked a little bad from the outside. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thought they could have left more cups and other amenities. Just had a tiny hand soap bar for the bath. Furniture was old and needs updated but I think they are doing that. Bed was comfy and linens were nice. Overall good stay

Superb staff on a property that could use some TLC. The room itself was clean enough, and the bedding and towels definitely so. The lav spigot was difficult to operate and the furniture and furnishings were a bit beat up. And sadly, no actual cups or glasses, but only toss-‘em provided. On the outside the door was dirty and there were traces of moss running along the gutter. But . . . 90 steps down to the beach! That and the staff made it worth the $$ for me.

The staff was responsive and helpful. The actual property is old and outdated. They are renovating the rooms. I would return to this property if I knew I could have a renovated room. The room we had was not air conditioned. It had a box fan. Luckily, we stayed there in mid September. If it had been August I don’t think we could have done it. The room was clean. The coffee maker wasn’t a KCup so we went to WalMart and bought a small K cup machine. We always bring our own k cups so we can enjoy our favorite coffee. The shower was clean but the shower head was old and had bad shower pressure. But the beach access was close to the room. Again, helpful staff and a clean room. Just make sure you get a renovated room and you should enjoy your stay. I’m sure these properties are quite expensive to operate and we felt that they were doing the best they can.

The oceanfront location was excellent. You are positioned high above the beach, however, so expect to climb down then back up a long set of stairs. The thing I like most about oceanfront sleeping is listening to the waves all night. I was positioned on the first floor, so all I had was a very small window that opens, that didn’t let me hear the waves. And the room got very hot without any air conditioning. The room was a little run down and old. The new owners may be planning some upgrades, but nothing has been done yet.
